बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-30, verse-40

उपारूढात् पदाद् वापि धनस्थे शुभखेचरे ।
सर्वद्रव्याधिपो धीमाञ्जायते द्विजसत्तम ॥४०॥
40. upārūḍhāt padād vāpi dhanasthe śubhakhecare .
sarvadravyādhipo dhīmāñjāyate dvijasattama.

sarvadravyādhipaḥ dhīmān jāyate dvijasattama
40. O best among the twice-born (dvijasattama), if a beneficent planet is situated in the second house from the Upārūḍha or the Ārūḍha lagna, the person becomes intelligent and the lord of all wealth.
