तथा च मैत्रीं तनये स करिष्यति मे गुरुः ।
तथा समस्तसत्त्वेषु भवत्वस्य मनो मृदु ॥८॥

And my teacher (guru) will show friendship towards that son. May his mind also be gentle towards all beings.
