मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-97, verse-37

आरोग्यं चाक्षुषे पुंसां श्रुते वैवस्वते बलम् ।
गुणवत्पुत्रपौत्रांस्तु सूर्यसावर्णिके श्रुते ॥३७॥
37. ārogyaṃ cākṣuṣe puṃsāṃ śrute vaivasvate balam .
guṇavatputrapautrāṃstu sūryasāvarṇike śrute.
37. ārogyam ca ākṣuṣe puṃsām śrute vaivasvate balam
guṇavatputrapautrān tu sūryasāvarṇike śrute
37. By listening to the Cākṣuṣa (Manvantara), men gain health; by listening to the Vaivasvata (Manvantara), they gain strength. And by listening to the Sūryasāvarṇika (Manvantara), they gain virtuous sons and grandsons.
