मैत्रेयेणाभिशप्तश्च पूर्वमेव महर्षिणा ।
ऊरू भेत्स्यति ते भीमो गदयेति परंतप ।
अतो दोषं न पश्यामि मा क्रुधस्त्वं प्रलम्बहन् ॥१५॥

15. maitreyeṇābhiśaptaśca pūrvameva maharṣiṇā ,

15.
And, O tormentor of foes (parantapa), you were cursed by the great sage Maitreya himself long ago, who said, 'Bhīma will break your thighs with his mace.' Therefore, I see no fault. O slayer of Pralamba (pralambahan), do not be angry.
