महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-65, verse-33

निर्मुक्तसर्पप्रतिमैश्च तीक्ष्णैस्तैलप्रधौतैः खगपत्रवाजैः ।
षष्ट्या नाराचैर्वासुदेवं बिभेद तदन्तरं सोमकाः प्राद्रवन्त ॥३३॥

ṣaṣṭyā nārācairvāsudevaṁ bibheda; tadantaraṁ somakāḥ prādravanta.

33. (Karṇa) pierced Vāsudeva (Krishna) with sixty sharp nārāca arrows, which resembled shed snake-skins, were polished with oil, and feathered with bird wings. Immediately after this, the Somakas fled.
