23.
I shall now manifest this terrible, mighty weapon for the welfare of the world and for the destruction of Sauti (Aśvatthāman). Therefore, may you (revered one), the gods, Brahmā, Bhava (Śiva), and all the knowers of Brahman (brahman) permit me to do so.
