महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-96, verse-26

संभ्रान्तनरनागाश्वमावर्तत मुहुर्मुहुः ।
तत्सैन्यमिषुभिस्तेन वध्यमानं समन्ततः ।
बभ्राम तत्र तत्रैव गावः शीतार्दिता इव ॥२६॥
26. saṁbhrāntanaranāgāśvamāvartata muhurmuhuḥ ,
tatsainyamiṣubhistena vadhyamānaṁ samantataḥ ,
babhrāma tatra tatraiva gāvaḥ śītārditā iva.
26. sambhrāntanaranāgāśvam āvartata
muhurmuhuḥ tat sainyam iṣubhiḥ tena
vadhyamānam samantataḥ babhrāma
tatra tatra eva gāvaḥ śītārditāḥ iva

muhurmuhuḥ āvartata tena iṣubhiḥ
samantataḥ vadhyamānam tatra tatra
eva śītārditāḥ gāvaḥ iva babhrāma
26. That army, with its bewildered men, elephants, and horses, repeatedly moved in circles. Being struck down from all sides by his (Satyaki's) arrows, it wandered here and there, just like cows distressed by the cold.
