महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-78, verse-25

शरवर्षेण महता ततोऽहृष्यन्त तावकाः ।
चक्रुर्वादित्रनिनदान्सिंहनादरवांस्तथा ॥२५॥
25. śaravarṣeṇa mahatā tato'hṛṣyanta tāvakāḥ ,
cakrurvāditraninadānsiṁhanādaravāṁstathā.

25. Then, with a great shower of arrows, your warriors rejoiced. They made sounds of musical instruments and also loud roars like lions.
