महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-78, verse-17

यत्त्वत्र विहितं कार्यं नैष तद्वेत्ति माधव ।
स्त्रीवदेष बिभर्त्येतां युक्तां कवचधारणाम् ॥१७॥
17. yattvatra vihitaṁ kāryaṁ naiṣa tadvetti mādhava ,
strīvadeṣa bibhartyetāṁ yuktāṁ kavacadhāraṇām.
17. yat tu atra vihitam kāryam na eṣaḥ tat vetti mādhava
strīvat eṣaḥ bibharti etām yuktām kavacadhāraṇām
17. mādhava tu yat kāryam atra vihitam eṣaḥ tat na vetti
eṣaḥ strīvat etām yuktām kavacadhāraṇām bibharti
17. But whatever is the prescribed duty here, O Mādhava, this one does not know that. He wears this suitable armor like a woman.
