महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-163, verse-45

ततस्त्रासो महानासीत्कुरुपाण्डवसेनयोः ।
सर्वेषां चैव भूतानामुद्यतेऽस्त्रे महात्मना ॥४५॥
45. tatastrāso mahānāsītkurupāṇḍavasenayoḥ ,
sarveṣāṁ caiva bhūtānāmudyate'stre mahātmanā.
45. tataḥ trāsaḥ mahān āsīt kurupāṇḍavasenayoḥ
sarveṣām ca eva bhūtānām udyate astre mahātmanā
45. tataḥ mahātmanā astre udyate sati,
kurupāṇḍavasenayoḥ sarveṣām bhūtānām ca eva mahān trāsaḥ āsiīt
45. Then, a great terror arose in the armies of the Kurus and Pandavas, and indeed among all beings, as the weapon was brandished by the great-souled one (mahātman).
