महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-163, verse-19

ततः पुनस्तु राधेयो हयानस्य रथेषुभिः ।
ऋष्यवर्णाञ्जघानाशु तथोभौ पार्ष्णिसारथी ॥१९॥
19. tataḥ punastu rādheyo hayānasya ratheṣubhiḥ ,
ṛṣyavarṇāñjaghānāśu tathobhau pārṣṇisārathī.

19. Then again, Karna (rādheya) quickly struck down the deer-colored horses of that chariot with his arrows, and similarly both the charioteer and the protector-from-the-rear.
