महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-112, verse-45

त्वत्कृते ह्यहमद्राक्षं दह्यमानां वरूथिनीम् ।
सहस्रशः शरैर्मुक्तैः पाण्डवेन वृषेण च ॥४५॥
45. tvatkṛte hyahamadrākṣaṁ dahyamānāṁ varūthinīm ,
sahasraśaḥ śarairmuktaiḥ pāṇḍavena vṛṣeṇa ca.
45. tvatkṛte hi aham adrākṣam dahyamānām varūthinīm
| sahasraśaḥ śaraiḥ muktaiḥ pāṇḍaveṇa vṛṣeṇa ca
45. hi tvatkṛte aham pāṇḍavena vṛṣeṇa ca sahasraśaḥ muktaiḥ śaraiḥ dahyamānām varūthinīm adrākṣam.
45. Indeed, it was for your sake that I saw our army (varūthinī) being incinerated by thousands of arrows released by the Pāṇḍava, the Bull (Arjuna).
