महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-49, verse-20

यश्च तान्संगतान्सर्वान्पाण्डवान्वारणावते ।
दह्यतो मोचयामास तेन वस्तेऽभ्ययुञ्जत ॥२०॥
20. yaśca tānsaṁgatānsarvānpāṇḍavānvāraṇāvate ,
dahyato mocayāmāsa tena vaste'bhyayuñjata.
20. yaḥ ca tān saṅgatān sarvān pāṇḍavān vāraṇāvate
dahyataḥ mocayāmāsa tena vaḥ te abhyayuñjata
20. And he who rescued all those Pāṇḍavas, assembled in Vāraṇāvata, from being burnt—it was because of him (Bhīma) that they (the Kauravas) assailed them (the Pāṇḍavas).
