महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-48, verse-25

नो चेदयमभावः स्यात्कुरूणां प्रत्युपस्थितः ।
अर्थाच्च तात धर्माच्च तव बुद्धिरुपप्लुता ॥२५॥
25. no cedayamabhāvaḥ syātkurūṇāṁ pratyupasthitaḥ ,
arthācca tāta dharmācca tava buddhirupaplutā.
25. no ced ayam abhāvaḥ syāt kurūṇām pratyupasthitaḥ
arthāt ca tāta dharmāt ca tava buddhiḥ upaplutā
25. This destruction is indeed imminent for the Kurus. O dear father, your intellect has been overwhelmed by both material gain (artha) and (a misguided sense of) natural law (dharma).
