महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-38, verse-29

हिमवन्तमतिक्रम्य गन्धमादनमेव च ।
अत्यक्रामत्स दुर्गाणि दिवारात्रमतन्द्रितः ॥२९॥
29. himavantamatikramya gandhamādanameva ca ,
atyakrāmatsa durgāṇi divārātramatandritaḥ.

29. Having traversed the Himavat mountain range and also Gandhamādana, he, tireless, crossed difficult terrains day and night.
