महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-33, verse-41

एकान्तेन ह्यनर्थोऽयं वर्ततेऽस्मासु सांप्रतम् ।
न तु निःसंशयं न स्यात्त्वयि कर्मण्यवस्थिते ॥४१॥
41. ekāntena hyanartho'yaṁ vartate'smāsu sāṁpratam ,
na tu niḥsaṁśayaṁ na syāttvayi karmaṇyavasthite.
41. ekāntena hi anarthaḥ ayam vartate asmāsu sāmpratam
na tu niḥsaṃśayam na syāt tvayi karmaṇi avasthite
41. Indeed, this misfortune (anartha) certainly afflicts us now. But, if you were firmly established in your action (karma), it certainly would not exist.
