tri-dvārām artha-siddhiṃ tu na anupaśyanti ye narāḥ |

However, those individuals who do not perceive the threefold path to achieving their purpose (artha-siddhi) similarly fail to perceive the path to misfortune. Just as ordinary people are, so too do they remain.
