यो हि दिष्टमुपासीनो निर्विचेष्टः सुखं स्वपेत् ।

12. Indeed, a person of very dull intellect who, relying solely on destiny, would remain inactive and sleep peacefully, would surely perish, just like an unbaked pot disintegrates in water.
