अकस्मादपि यः कश्चिदर्थं प्राप्नोति पूरुषः ।
तं हठेनेति मन्यन्ते स हि यत्नो न कस्यचित् ॥१४॥

14. If a person attains a goal unexpectedly, people consider it to be by arbitrary force, because such an outcome is not seen as the result of anyone's specific effort.
