महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-213, verse-48

निरुष्य तत्र सुचिरमेवं वह्निर्वशं गतः ।
मनस्तासु विनिक्षिप्य कामयानो वराङ्गनाः ॥४८॥
48. niruṣya tatra suciramevaṁ vahnirvaśaṁ gataḥ ,
manastāsu vinikṣipya kāmayāno varāṅganāḥ.
48. nirūṣya tatra suciram evam vahniḥ vaśam gataḥ
manaḥ tāsu vinikṣipya kāmayānaḥ varāṅganāḥ
48. After dwelling there for a very long time in this manner, Agni (vahni) became subdued. Fixing his mind on those excellent women, he desired them.
