यस्तु विप्रत्वमुत्सृज्य क्षात्रं धर्मं निषेवते ।

9. But whoever abandons his brahminhood and adopts the natural law (dharma) of a warrior, falls from his brahmin status and is reborn into the kṣatriya class.
