महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-291, verse-15

सृजत्यनन्तकर्माणं महान्तं भूतमग्रजम् ।
मूर्तिमन्तममूर्तात्मा विश्वं शंभुः स्वयंभुवः ।
अणिमा लघिमा प्राप्तिरीशानं ज्योतिरव्ययम् ॥१५॥
15. sṛjatyanantakarmāṇaṁ mahāntaṁ bhūtamagrajam ,
mūrtimantamamūrtātmā viśvaṁ śaṁbhuḥ svayaṁbhuvaḥ ,
aṇimā laghimā prāptirīśānaṁ jyotiravyayam.

15. The formless Self (ātman), Shiva, creates the great, first-born, embodied being of infinite actions (karma) and the universe pertaining to the self-existent one (Svayambhu). (He manifests as) subtlety (aṇimā), lightness (laghimā), attainment (prāpti), supremacy, and the imperishable light.
