महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-1, verse-39

सभायां क्लिश्यमानस्य धार्तराष्ट्रैर्दुरात्मभिः ।
सहसोत्पतितः क्रोधः कर्णं दृष्ट्वा प्रशाम्यति ॥३९॥
39. sabhāyāṁ kliśyamānasya dhārtarāṣṭrairdurātmabhiḥ ,
sahasotpatitaḥ krodhaḥ karṇaṁ dṛṣṭvā praśāmyati.
