महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-93, verse-41

एवं तेषामहं सम्यक्शप्तानां राजसत्तम ।
मोक्षार्थं मानुषाल्लोकाद्यथावत्कृतवत्यहम् ॥४१॥
41. evaṁ teṣāmahaṁ samyakśaptānāṁ rājasattama ,
mokṣārthaṁ mānuṣāllokādyathāvatkṛtavatyaham.

mokṣārtham mānuṣāt lokāt yathāvat kṛtavatī aham
41. Thus, O best of kings, I duly carried out the mokṣa (release) for those cursed ones from the human world, as it was supposed to be.
