महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-93, verse-13

तत्रैकस्य तु भार्या वै वसोर्वासवविक्रम ।
सा चरन्ती वने तस्मिन्गां ददर्श सुमध्यमा ।
या सा वसिष्ठस्य मुनेः सर्वकामधुगुत्तमा ॥१३॥
13. tatraikasya tu bhāryā vai vasorvāsavavikrama ,
sā carantī vane tasmingāṁ dadarśa sumadhyamā ,
yā sā vasiṣṭhasya muneḥ sarvakāmadhuguttamā.
13. tatra ekasya tu bhāryā vai vasoḥ
vāsavavikrama sā carantī vane tasmin
gām dadarśa sumadhyamā yā sā
vasiṣṭhasya muneḥ sarvakāmadhuk uttamā
13. O valorous one, like Indra, there, the slender-waisted wife of one of the Vasus, while wandering in that forest, saw that excellent, wish-fulfilling cow belonging to sage Vasiṣṭha.
