महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-93, verse-19

अस्याः क्षीरं पिबेन्मर्त्यः स्वादु यो वै सुमध्यमे ।
दश वर्षसहस्राणि स जीवेत्स्थिरयौवनः ॥१९॥
19. asyāḥ kṣīraṁ pibenmartyaḥ svādu yo vai sumadhyame ,
daśa varṣasahasrāṇi sa jīvetsthirayauvanaḥ.
19. asyāḥ kṣīram pibet martyaḥ svādu yaḥ vai sumadhyame
daśa varṣasahasrāṇi saḥ jīvet sthirayauvanaḥ
19. O beautiful-waisted one, indeed, any mortal who drinks this sweet milk will live for ten thousand years, remaining eternally youthful.
