महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-55, verse-9

ददावथ विषं पापो भीमाय धृतराष्ट्रजः ।
जरयामास तद्वीरः सहान्नेन वृकोदरः ॥९॥
9. dadāvatha viṣaṁ pāpo bhīmāya dhṛtarāṣṭrajaḥ ,
jarayāmāsa tadvīraḥ sahānnena vṛkodaraḥ.
9. dadau atha viṣam pāpaḥ bhīmāya dhṛtarāṣṭra-jaḥ
jarayāmāsa tat vīraḥ saha-annena vṛkodaraḥ
9. Then, the wicked son of Dhritarashtra gave poison to Bhima. The heroic Vṛkodara, however, digested that poison along with his food.
