महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-166, verse-27

राजा तु रक्षसाविष्टः सूदमाह गतव्यथः ।
अप्येनं नरमांसेन भोजयेति पुनः पुनः ॥२७॥
27. rājā tu rakṣasāviṣṭaḥ sūdamāha gatavyathaḥ ,
apyenaṁ naramāṁsena bhojayeti punaḥ punaḥ.
27. rājā tu rakṣasā āviṣṭaḥ sūdam āha gatavyathaḥ
api enam naramāṃsena bhojaya iti punaḥ punaḥ
27. However, the king, now possessed by a demon (rakṣas) and no longer distressed, repeatedly told the cook, 'Feed him even with human flesh!'
