महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-165, verse-33

कशाग्रदण्डाभिहता काल्यमाना ततस्ततः ।
क्रोधदीप्तेक्षणा क्रोधं भूय एव समादधे ॥३३॥
33. kaśāgradaṇḍābhihatā kālyamānā tatastataḥ ,
krodhadīptekṣaṇā krodhaṁ bhūya eva samādadhe.

33. Being struck by the tip of a whip and driven from place to place, she, whose eyes were blazing with anger, indeed assumed even more anger.
