योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-52, verse-8

यदिदं दृश्यते किंचिज्जगत्स्थावरजंगमम् ।
सर्वं सर्वप्रकाराढ्यं कल्पान्ते तद्विनश्यति ॥ ८ ॥
yadidaṃ dṛśyate kiṃcijjagatsthāvarajaṃgamam ,
sarvaṃ sarvaprakārāḍhyaṃ kalpānte tadvinaśyati 8
8. yat idam dṛśyate kiñcit jagat sthāvarajaṅgamam
sarvam sarvaprakārāḍhyam kalpānte tat vinaśyati
8. yat idam kiñcit sthāvarajaṅgamam jagat sarvam sarvaprakārāḍhyam dṛśyate,
tat kalpānte vinaśyati.
8. Whatever in this world, whether moving or stationary, is seen – all of it, though rich in every kind of manifestation, perishes at the end of a cosmic cycle (kalpa).
