योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-175, verse-61

स्वप्नेऽनुभूयते चैतत्स्वप्ने ह्यात्मैव भासते ।
पुरादित्वेन न तु सत्पुरादिरचितं तदा ॥ ६१ ॥

61. And this (world) is experienced in a dream. Indeed, in a dream, the Self (ātman) itself appears in the form of cities and similar objects, but those cities and so on that were supposedly created then are not truly existent.
