संवित्तत्त्वे कृतध्यानो यदि तिष्ठसि चानघ ।
तद्यत्नेनाधिकेनोच्चैरासादयसि तत्पदम् ॥ ६ ॥

And O sinless one, if you remain absorbed in meditation (dhyāna) on the essence of consciousness (saṃvit-tattva), then you will certainly attain that state (tat-pada) with even greater effort.
