त्रिभिरेतैश्चिराभ्यस्तैर्हृदयग्रन्थयो दृढाः ।

22. Through these three, which have been long cultivated, the firm knots of the heart are completely severed, just as the fibers (guṇa) are broken when a lotus stalk is cut.
