योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-92, verse-33

उपविश्योपविश्यैकचित्तकेन मुहुर्मुहुः ।
अथवैनं क्रमं त्यक्त्वा चित्ताक्रमणमेव चेत् ॥ ३३ ॥
