अमृतापूरितः स्वस्थः शीतलात्मा महाद्युतिः ।
तिष्ठाम्यानन्दवानन्तः सायं पूर्णं इवोडुराट् ॥ ४ ॥

amṛtāpūritaḥ svasthaḥ śītalātmā mahādyutiḥ ,

4. Filled with nectar (amṛta), tranquil (svastha), with a serene self (ātman), and greatly radiant, I remain blissful within, like the full moon in the evening.

4. מלא בשיקוי אלמות, מיושב בעצמי, צלול וקריר בלבי וזוהר באור רב, אני שוכן באושר פנימי, כפי שהירח המלא זורח בשמי הערב.
