योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-22, verse-30

आपातमात्रमधुरमावश्यकपरिक्षयम् ।
भोगोपभोगमात्रं मे किं नामेदं सुखावहम् ॥ ३० ॥
