27. Once, while situated at a window adorned with jewels on the peak of Mount Meru, he himself reflected upon the nature of the cycle of transmigration (saṃsāra).

27. יום אחד, כשהיה ישוב ליד חלון המשובץ באבנים טובות במרומי הַר מֵרוּ, החל להרהר בינו לבין עצמו על טבעו של סבך הקיום התופעתי.
