योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-60, verse-41

वासन्तः संस्थितो भूमौ तथा सर्गः परे पदे ।
यथा द्रवत्वं कनके स्थितमन्तरनुन्मिषत् ॥ ४१ ॥

vāsantaḥ saṃsthito bhūmau tathā sargaḥ pare pade ,
yathā dravatvaṃ kanake sthitamantaranunmiṣat 41

41. Just as the vernal sap is latent in the earth, so too is creation (sarga) in the supreme (Brahman) state (pada). This is like how fluidity, inherent within gold, is not outwardly apparent.
