ततस्तु राजानमुदीक्ष्य दीनं शोकार्णवे संपरिपुप्लुवानम् ।
अथर्षभो राक्षसराजसूनुरथेन्द्रजिद्वाक्यमिदं बभाषे ॥३॥
3. tatastu rājānamudīkṣya dīnaṃ śokārṇave saṃparipupluvānam ,
atharṣabho rākṣasarājasūnurathendrajidvākyamidaṃ babhāṣe.

3. Then, seeing the sorrowful king immersed in an ocean of grief, Indrajit, the foremost son of the rākṣasa (rakṣasa) king, then spoke these words.
