न ह्येनं हास्यते लक्ष्मीर्दुर्लभा या गतायुषाम् ॥३४॥

34. naitat kiṃ cana rāmasya na ca rāmo mumūrṣati ,

This is certainly nothing to Rāma, nor does Rāma desire to die. Indeed, prosperity (lakṣmī), which is rarely attained by those whose life has departed, will not abandon him.
