वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-12, verse-39

तां काञ्चनैस्तरुगणैर्मारुतेन च वीजिताम् ।
किङ्किणीशतनिर्घोषां दृष्ट्वा विस्मयमागमत् ॥३९॥
39. tāṃ kāñcanaistarugaṇairmārutena ca vījitām ,
kiṅkiṇīśatanirghoṣāṃ dṛṣṭvā vismayamāgamat.
39. ताम् काञ्चनैः तरुगणैः मारुतेन च वीजिताम्
किङ्किणीशतनिर्घोषाम् दृष्ट्वा विस्मयम् आगमत्

39. Upon seeing that place, fanned by the wind (māruta) amidst its multitude of golden trees and resonant with the tinkling sound of hundreds of tiny bells, he was struck with wonder.
