O Saumitri (Lakṣmaṇa), behold the Kutaja flowers scattered here and there on the mountain slopes. They are covered in mist, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the rainy season, blooming, and standing there, yet they only ignite passion in me who is overcome by grief.
