बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-7, verse-43

यद्भावाद्यत्फलं चिन्त्यं तदीशात्तत्फलं विदुः ।
ज्ञेयं तस्य फलं तद्धि तत्र चिन्त्यं शुभाऽशुभम् ॥४३॥
43. yadbhāvādyatphalaṃ cintyaṃ tadīśāttatphalaṃ viduḥ .
jñeyaṃ tasya phalaṃ taddhi tatra cintyaṃ śubhā'śubham.
43. yat bhāvāt yat phalam cintyam tadīśāt tat phalam viduḥ
jñeyam tasya phalam tat hi tatra cintyam śubhāśubham
43. Whatever result is to be considered from a particular house, astrologers understand that the same result should also be considered from the lord of that house. Indeed, the result (from both the house and its lord) should be known; the auspicious and inauspicious effects must be contemplated in that context.
