बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-7, verse-14

फलद्वयं बुधो दद्यात् समे चान्द्रं तदन्यके ।
रवेः फलं स्वहोरादौ फलहीनं विरामके ॥१४॥
14. phaladvayaṃ budho dadyāt same cāndraṃ tadanyake .
raveḥ phalaṃ svahorādau phalahīnaṃ virāmake.

raveḥ phalam sva-horā-ādau phala-hīnam virāmake
14. Mercury (budha) bestows two types of results. In even signs, it yields the result of the Moon, while in other (odd) signs, it gives its own result. In its own hora division, it produces the result of the Sun, and it is devoid of results during a cessation (virāmaka).
