बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-7, verse-31

वर्गविंशोपकं चादावुदयास्तमतः परम् ।
पूर्णं पूर्णेतिपूर्नंस्यात् सर्वदौवं विचिन्तयेत् ॥३१॥
31. vargaviṃśopakaṃ cādāvudayāstamataḥ param .
pūrṇaṃ pūrṇetipūrnaṃsyāt sarvadauvaṃ vicintayet.
31. varga-viṃśopakam ca ādau udayāstam ataḥ param pūrṇam
pūrṇa-iti-pūrṇam syāt sarvam daivam vicintayet
31. And first, the `varga-viṃśopaka` (strength related to divisional charts), then the `udayāsta` (strength related to heliacal rising and setting). A result becomes 'fully full'. One should thus consider all (aspects of) destiny.
