मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-68, verse-43

यस्य शङ्खो निधिस्तस्य स्वरूपं क्रौष्टुके शृणु ।
एक एवात्मना सृष्टमन्नं भुङ्क्ते तथाम्बरम् ॥४३॥
43. yasya śaṅkho nidhistasya svarūpaṃ krauṣṭuke śṛṇu .
eka evātmanā sṛṣṭamannaṃ bhuṅkte tathāmbaram.
43. yasya śaṅkhaḥ nidhiḥ tasya svarūpam krauṣṭuke śṛṇu
| ekaḥ eva ātmanā sṛṣṭam annam bhuṅkte tathā ambaram
43. O Kroshtuka, listen now to the characteristic (svarūpam) of the person whose treasure is Śaṅkha: he alone enjoys the food and clothing created by himself (ātman).
