मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-68, verse-24

निधानमुर्व्यां कुरुते निधिः सोऽप्येकपूरुषः ।
रजोगुणमयश्चान्यो मुकुन्दो नाम यो निधिः ॥२४॥
24. nidhānamurvyāṃ kurute nidhiḥ so'pyekapūruṣaḥ .
rajoguṇamayaścānyo mukundo nāma yo nidhiḥ.
24. nidhānam urvyām kurute nidhiḥ saḥ api ekapūruṣaḥ
| rajoguṇamayaḥ ca anyaḥ mukundaḥ nāma yaḥ nidhiḥ
24. That treasure (nidhi) intended for a single individual creates a store of wealth on earth. And another treasure (nidhi), named Mukunda, is characterized by the quality of passion (rajoguṇa).
