तडागान्पुष्करिण्योऽथ तथारामान्करोति च ॥३९॥

krayavikrayam anyeṣām na anyatra ramate manaḥ |

39.
His mind does not delight in anything else but the buying and selling of others' goods. He also constructs ponds, lotus ponds, and similarly, gardens.
