रजस्तमोमयश्चान्यो नन्दो नाम महानिधिः ॥२८॥

A treasure (nidhiḥ) that a man (naram) obtains (bhajate) leads him to a singular attachment (saṅgam ekam prayāti). There is also another great treasure (mahānidhiḥ) named Nanda, which is characterized by the qualities of passion (rajas) and inertia (tamas).
