मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-1, verse-49

उवाचेदं ततो वाक्यं
महर्षिस्तां महातपाः ॥४९॥
49. uvācedaṃ tato vākyaṃ
maharṣistāṃ mahātapāḥ.

49. Then that great sage (maharṣi), who possessed great asceticism (tapas), spoke this word to her.
